Okay, so they’re actually peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, but I like calling them “blizzard cookies” because chances are you can whip up a batch right now with what you already have in the house.
Four ingredients, one oven, and fifteen minutes is all you need to make the perfect batch of cookies. And they’re pretty healthy!
What you’ll need?
– 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (I used Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels)
You can add a lot of other different ingredients to alter the taste depending on what you like… Like 1 tablespoon of milk for a more moist cookie, 2 tablespoons of butter for a richer cookie, or 2 tablespoons of syrup for a denser one.
Roll into balls (they will be lumpy, not perfect, but that’s okay!)
Bake these cookies on 350 for 15 minutes or until they spread – and get golden brown on top.
At the ten minute mark, you can score the cookies to get those classic peanut butter cookie indentations.
They’re super delicious and perfect for a night at home (or a quick dessert to bring to a last minute house party).
Enjoy!
