It’s not rare that the Spotify Discover Weekly playlist has me adding songs to my own playlists left & right. I love the acoustic theme laced through their picks and the story line a lot of the tracks portray.

The soft piano melody of “There’s a Rumor” by The August Empire stopped my work-email typing immediately though. The beautiful lyrics are the better half to the chords that underscore them.
